**About the role**

As our Business Process Lead you will play a key role within the Group Finance team and across the enterprise. You will be responsible for process governance to optimise and lead the use of existing process and systems available. This includes process governance around work wining to transition to operations of new and existing contracts.

This senior role requires deep process and systems knowledge across the operations and finance business process streams.

Flexibility in your primary work location is available, including between our well-located North Sydney or Melbourne offices. The option to be based at other key office locations across Australia and New Zealand will be considered for the right applicant.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Leading process and system governance for the key business process.
- Work with functions to develop process compliance metrics and reporting for key business process.
- Drive program of finance process standardisation.
- Manage business requirements for system/process improvements and change requests including ability to influence scope, balancing business requirements time and cost constraints.
- Influence contract set up approach through introducing enterprise mobilisation checklists, establishing key points of contact and post mobilisation contract set up verification.

**About you**
- Tertiary level qualification within a relevant discipline.
- 5 + years post qualification experience.
- Strong financial accounting and reporting knowledge.
- Exposure to working within a large complex organisation.
- Well-developed knowledge of core process and systems critical for finance, operations and reporting.
