- About the roleAs the Senior Manager for Business Process Excellence, you will be responsible for conducting critical analysis of the current end-to-end operational processes, challenging current practices, and implementing business improvement initiatives.

You will identify process gaps that lead to process failure and develop and design future state processes ensuring agility, efficiency, and positive customer outcomes. You will identify automation opportunities within process, develop process metrics and support the change management approach with internal stakeholders. You will provide support and guidance across the business in the use of Lean methods and implementing a spectrum of improvements.
- Important to your success- Lean six sigma qualification.
- Extensive experience leading lean and continuous improvement projects, with experience facilitating workshops.
- Ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
