Inside Account Manager is responsible for DigiCert’s retail customer base. This role will be responsible for retail customers in our ANZ region and MMKT customers in Asia. They must be able to demonstrate excellent selling, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. A combination of account development, account management and customer service skills are required for this position.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Ensure timely customer renewals, customer retention and customer expansion
- Maximizes sales opportunities while protecting loyalty by ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Drive sales through contacting lead base and using a consultative sales process to find best result for the customer
- Manage customer communication through all traditional mediums of communication
- Demonstrate an ability to handle objections in a positive manner
- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems independently
- Provide demonstrations of DigiCert technology through web conferencing services
**WHAT YOU HAVE**
- 1-2 years sales experience preferred
- Ability manage customer relationship from end to end
- Fluent English, with excellent oral and written skills (additional language a bonus)
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel) & Internet savvy
- Experience with SFDC or similar CRM an advantage
- Experience working with a SaaS provider an advantage
- Strong technical acumen
- Ability to be able to sell and manage over phone and web conferencing an advantage (training will also be provided)
