Clemenger BBDO Sydney is on the lookout for a motivated and organised Finance Assistant to join the team
Working as part of our national team and directly with our Finance Director and Finance Manager, you will support and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Finance team and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records.

As a Finance Assistant you will strive for best practice in all areas of financial accounting in order to help create a standout Agency. In doing this you will need to embrace and demonstrate the following attitudes and approaches to your work:

- Ability to prioritise financial tasks and the determination to see tasks through
- An exceptional eye for detail and a proactive attitude
- Display excellent Time Management Skills
- Be an exceptional Team Player

Knowledge
- Excellent financial, time management and communication skills with all departments.
- Very good knowledge of the financial responsibilities associated with the Agency and develop reliable and accurate financial reports for the Finance Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Check and code supplier invoices
- Process staff expense claims
- Monthly statement reconciliations for all suppliers
- Overseas supplier invoice processing and payments
- Generating ad hoc payments
- Filing - Digital payments
- Assist in Job reconciliation
- Visa billings
- Debtors - follow up on payments, receipt cash, prepare debtors report
- Monthly revenue recognition
- AP SOX Compliance - Audit readiness
- Provide ad hoc support to the Finance team
