Located along the banks of Lake Caroline in Caroline Springs, this multi-faceted hospitality complex includes a Saige Bistro, Ruck & Rover Sports Bar, Miss Caroline Bar, over 600 m2 of event spaces, an extensive gaming room in Victoria’s top 15 and Mercure Caroline Springs.

**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and seating customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Presenting menus and providing recommendations to guests.
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Anticipating customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their experience.
- Handling inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Processing payments and operating the POS system effectively.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth flow of service.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a warm and approachable demeanour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling certificate is essential or willing to obtain.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.13 - $32.25 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
