We currently have vacancies for a Breakfast Supervisor and F&B Bar Supervisor.

Bar Supervisor – Hospitality level 3 casual $35.47 pay rate per hour or a permanent employment position (Salary Range: 66,000 - 85,000).

- Ensure that all F&B staff deliver prompt, efficient, and cordial attention to all guest needs.
- Ensure good communication throughout the department.
- Previous F&B Supervisory experience.
- Positive Communication – verbal and non-verbal.
- 30 - 40 hours per week between 12 pm - 11:30 pm, includes opening and closing shifts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, driving initiatives and expanding boundaries – always looking for ‘that next step’.

Food and Beverage Breakfast Supervisor – Hospitality level 3 casual $35.47 pay rate per hour or a permanent employment position (Salary Range: 66,000 - 85,000).

- Exceed customer expectations in providing prompt and courteous food and beverage services such as serving customers, processing orders, and attending to customer needs.
- Assume responsibility for Food & Beverage outlets in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
- Efficiently respond to customer complaints and inquiries.
- Initiate immediate inquiry into guest feedback and ensure corrective action is taken, reporting such incidents and actions to Management.
- Ensure that all restaurant staff deliver prompt, efficient, and cordial attention to all guest needs.
