**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the front-of-house team, including bar and gaming attendants
- Enforce company policies, ensuring a safe and responsible gaming environment in compliance with regulations
- Machine clearance and refloating the CRT and ATM
- Foster a customer-centric culture, addressing and resolving customer concerns to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pub, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure that all guests receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
**About you**:
- RSA & RSG required
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements
- 1 years’ experience as bar and gaming attendant; TAB & KENO experience highly regarded
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, especially in regards to high volume cash handling
- Police check required for this role

Pay: $37.35 - $44.82 per hour
**Experience**:
- Gaming Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- RCG (preferred)
- RSA (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
