My client is looking for confident Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team, excellent training provided

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing exceptional customer service to customer base of existing clients
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- See customer enquiries through to completion
- Maintain records & documents relating to customer

**Essential**
- Ideally have 1 years call centre experience
- Demonstrated ability in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Must be PR
