Our client is an is an American multinational financial services corporation focusing on the benefits of technology beyond other payments methods. They operate the world’s fastest payment processing network, connecting consumers, other financial institutions, merchants, governments, and businesses in more than 210 locations and territories.

**About the Role**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be handling all inbound calls for our client’s loyalty rewards program.
**This position is a Monday - Friday role working on a on a rotating roster from 6am to 8pm.**

Some of your other responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with customer queries about their rewards program
- Data input/entry during the calls on the system
- Providing exceptional service to all customers
- Adding value to the team culture and environment of the workplace
- **There will be an group assessment session on site at St Leonard's on the 18th of October and a start date of the 28th of October.**
