Key responsibilities:

- Responding to calls and triaging requests
- Managing the service desk inbox
- Logging of tickets into the ticketing system
- Managing job queues according to the applicable SLA
- Allocation of jobs according to procedures
- Reviewing and updating customer and job cards
- Flexible availability to work after hours and early shift/late shift rotation

Skills & Attributes:

- Previous 1 year experience in a call centre/customer service setting is preferred but not essential
- Enthusiasm and a positive approach to managing service desk system administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to show initiative and strong problem solving skills
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
