Beaumont People is currently seeking an experienced HR Officer for a temporary position working with a leading Not-For-Profit organisation in Robina starting at the beginning of July.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Provide generalist HR and WHS support.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Maintaining HR records, including employee files and records within related information systems.
- Monitor compliance and support the timely reporting of organisational and workplace issues.
- Contribute to the completion of HR and WHS reports and assist with auditing processes.
- Previous experience in a HR role
- Sound understanding of recruitment, employee functions, and legislative provisions
- Experience working with HR systems and recruitment advertising platforms.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.

**Please note that you MUST be happy to work on a temporary/casual basis, some opportunities may lead to permanent roles.
