**The Role**
You will be responsible for supporting NDIS eligible participants with the management of their NDIS plan and budget. You will assist a team of Case Coordinators and other Support Managers to plan, implement and evaluate a range of support services which meet participants’ outcomes. This role operates within a billable hours framework, and you will need to ensure strict compliance with all reporting and auditing requirements.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Demonstrated experience in service coordination or practical experience within the disability sector
- Strong communication skills written and verbal;
- Ability to liaise effectively with participants, customers, community groups, employees, external agencies, government departments and other stakeholders
- Valid Working With Children Check for paid employment (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to obtain a valid NDIS Workers Check
- Valid NSW Driver Licence (minimum P2)
- 3 doses of Covid-19 Vaccination
