**Facilities Coordinator - Full-Time & Part-Time**

**About the Role**

VDG is looking for two proactive and organised Facilities Coordinators, one full-time and one part-time (2.5 days per week). Based in the Campbelltown region, you will oversee the management of multiple industrial and commercial sites, focusing on both hard and soft facilities management. As a Facilities Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, maintenance, and exceptional service delivery across the properties.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Coordinate and oversee planned preventative maintenance and reactive requests for building facilities
- Manage both hard and soft FM services, including building infrastructure, cleaning, security and grounds maintenance
- Liaise with service providers and contractors to schedule and monitor building services and projects
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility operations and compliance
- Proactively identify and resolve property issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Support sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives across the sites
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to requests
- Collaborate with the broader facilities management team as needed

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in facilities coordination or property management
- Strong organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders
- Knowledge of building maintenance, compliance regulations, and both hard and soft FM services
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology for facilities management
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- Tertiary qualification in property management, facilities management, or a related field (desirable)

**What We Offer**

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
