About the Role:
We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team. Full-time, part-time, and casual roles are available. This position involves shift work on a rotating roster. In this role, you will provide essential support in managing the daily operations of building facilities, ensuring smooth coordination of maintenance services, and assisting in various facility management tasks. Your responsibilities will help maintain a high-quality environment for internal stakeholders and ensure that all facilities are operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and general facilities operations
- Assist in overseeing contractors and service providers to ensure prompt resolution of issues
- Handle internal stakeholder requests and provide troubleshooting support for facility-related concerns
- Assist with inventory management and procurement of supplies
- Prepare reports and updates for internal stakeholders, including maintenance and building condition reports
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, contributing to a safe and secure environment

Experience & Skills:

- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work proactively and find solutions to facility-related challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A focus on attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service
- Applicants must hold a valid visa with working rights in Australia.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $56,716.64 - $74,500.00 per year
