Exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join Service Stream in our Collins Street office
About the Role

Service Stream’s Telecommunications division are currently seeking an Project Coordinator to join our growing company.

Nature of position: Permanent Full Time

Location: Collins Street, Melbourne

Reporting Line: Completions Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities
- The Project Coordinator will track the progress and quality of HOPs submitted by subcontractors and Project Engineers, Work Completions, Budget and POs
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and Project Team
- Perform other key project functions assisting with billing, project data administration, practical completions or other project activities as required.
- Ensure verification of documents received by subcontractors prior to issuing subcontractor payment advice to Project Engineers to prevent delays in project completion and submission to the clients.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity in all Service Stream and client databases where required
- Liaise directly with project stakeholders to define and deliver contract requirements as required.

About You

To be successful for this role, you have:

- Demonstrated experience working in telecommunications or similar field
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and quality assurance processes
- Technical knowledge of Wireless and Transmission configurations
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and high level of attention to detail
