We currently have an opportunity for a **Delivery Service Manager **to join our team. You will provide all Responsive, Planned and/or Project Works delivered under the Contract for the region and broadly across the contract in support of the Contract Manager.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our Land and Housing function; from innovating processes, to assisting on a variety of internal projects.
- Building and Construction management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience managing and delivering of planned works program.
- Experience in the delivery of contracts where Service Delivery Partners are used to deliver services.
- Experience in managing, monitoring and evaluating the performance of SDP’s. Experience in building and construction management, especially within a domestic building environment.
