**About the opportunity**
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Information Management Support Officer to deliver high quality information and records management services on a term contract, full-time basis for up to 12 months.

**Qualifications and experience**
**Essential**:
- Certificate III in Recordkeeping and/or suitable relevant experience in records management role
- Demonstrated knowledge of the NSW State Records Act 1998, associated standards and other relevant legislation
- Demonstrated experience in the support of end users in the use of recordkeeping systems
- Strong attention to detail in a high-volume information management area.
**Desirable**:
- High level computer literacy and ability to use a range of software products
- Local government experience in a records management environment.
**Remuneration and benefits**
The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
- Entry level for this position starts at $1,315.70 per week
- 35-hour working week
