Canning Vale Toyota is a leading automotive dealership committed to

customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a
dedicated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our
dynamic team

As an Administration Assistant at Canning Vale Toyota, you will play a
crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership. You
will be responsible for daily banking tasks, vehicle licensing and providing reception cover when needed. Your high attention to detail will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service.

**ROLE**
- Vehicle licensing and other department of transport processing requests, attendance to Department of Transport, Maintenance of Plate recordings
- Stocking of vehicles
- Deal Processing for New and Used Vehicles
- Processing and registering aftermarket products (when required)
- Daily Banking
- Reception Cover as needed
- Various Ad Hoc Administrative Duties
- Provide support to Team Leader and Management with adhoc duties when required

**YOU**
- Excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy.
- Autonomous & diligent with ability to take full ownership & accountability for your workload.
- A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
- Excellent communications skills orally & written
- Self-motivated and task driven.
- Demonstrate a consistently pro-active approach and pleasant demeanour.
- Be punctual, reliable adaptable & flexible.
- Have a valid Drivers Licence
- Provide support to Team Leader and Management
- **Previous Admin Experience in a Dealership Environment is**Advantageous but not essential**
