**THIS OPPORTUNITY**
We currently have an opportunity to join our wonderful Melbourne team to take on a 'hot' desk Working under the guidance, mentorship and training of one of our Partners, you will have the opportunity to recruit in the legal support space on roles including Paralegals, EAs, BDM, HR roles as well as Marketing and any support role in a law firm
This desk is ready to go with a large list of roles ready for you to take on Build yourself a thriving business based on your personal service, the empire group name and an unrivalled reputation. In addition, you will be supported in:

- Interviewing, screening and reference checking
- Coaching, developing and presenting them to our valued clients
- Contributing to the continued growth of our business by networking and identifying new business opportunities
- Building and developing your knowledge of the market
- Maintaining strong, long-standing relationships with our national as well as global clients

This is an exciting career opportunity if you are a motivated and experienced Legal Recruiter.
