**About the Role**

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team, developing a portfolio of construction and property clients. There is potential to leverage off existing relationships as well as building new ones.

You’ll typically work on a variety of roles across the sectors of construction, project management and property. This desk will suit someone who enjoys building strong relationships, developing their network, and embedding themselves as a valued partner to their stakeholders.

**About you**
Given our focus on industry specialisation, it is preferred that you have agency recruitment experience and industry experience within property, construction, architecture or building engineering. Further, you will share Aspect's focus on building lasting partnerships with, and adding value to, stakeholders.
- Have managed your own 360 recruitment desk
- Industry experience in built and natural environment
- Ability to manage your desk autonomously with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Able to work under pressure
- A passion for providing an exceptional level of service to all stakeholders
- A positive outlook and willingness to contribute to our team environment
