As a Learning Training and Development Advisor, you will support the team in designing, developing, implementing and evaluating comprehensive training programs tailored to support our diverse business.

**Who we are looking for**: An individual with
- A demonstrated background in learning, training and development methodologies. Qualifications relating to education and/or adult learning, along with experience in training development software such as Articulate 360 will be highly regarded though not mandatory. Effective communication and engagement skills to support collaboration with various stakeholders and to support colleagues. A proven ability to research, analyse and evaluate information to develop and maintain learning solutions to diverse audiences. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines for allocated program tasks.
