**About the Role**

A permanent opportunity exists for an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join a high-performing team and business.

Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development and Learning, you will work as a partnership to support the L&D and cultural initiatives for the business and you will be responsible for the coordination, scheduling, and administration of a range of training related activities across the workforce.

You will also be responsible for, but not limited to - managing the LMS; developing and maintaining relationships with external providers and vendors; process improvement; reporting and analytics; marketing and communication.

**About You**

You will be a passionate and experienced Learning & Development / Organisational Development professional who possesses a minimum of 2 years experience and will be experienced with LMS platforms and online learning programs.
