In-Home Sales Representative – Closer Wanted

Full-Time | Immediate Start | Northern & Western Suburbs

$120,000 – $160,000+ OTE

With demand growing fast, we're looking for a proven sales professional who knows how to build trust quickly, present with confidence, and close deals on the spot.

What you'll be doing
  • Attending pre-set, qualified in-home appointments (no cold calling).
  • A valid driver's licence is required for attending in-home appointments.
  • Presenting our premium epoxy grouting and waterproofing solutions in a clear, compelling way.
  • Consistently closing at a high rate.
  • Managing your pipeline, schedule, and follow-ups with professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work evenings is required for in-home appointments.
  • Representing HKR Grouting Group with honesty, reliability, and enthusiasm.
What we're looking for
  • Proven in-home or face-to-face sales experience (home improvement, solar, security, etc. ideal).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in-home or face-to-face sales experience is required.
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
