About the Roles

We are seeking motivated Piling Rig Assistants with excavator, skid steer, and dogging experience/tickets to join our civil project team. Working on a 2:1 roster in rural NSW, you will support piling operations and assist rig operators to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes on a nationally significant energy infrastructure project.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operating excavators and skid steers safely and efficiently.
  • Assisting with civil works, trenching, foundations, and site preparation.
  • Performing dogging duties including safe slinging and directing crane operations.
  • Carrying out daily equipment checks, maintenance, and basic servicing.
  • Following supervisor instructions and working collaboratively with site crews.
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS and environmental requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience operating excavators and/or skid steers.
  • Dogman Licence (DG) essential
  • Excavator ticket (LE) essential

  • Skidsteer ticket (LS) essential

  • White Card (Construction Induction).

  • Dogging licence (HRWL DG)
  • Strong safety focus, reliability, and ability to work in a team.
  • Willingness to work on a 2:1 roster in rural NSW.

Successful candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening. Employment is subject to clearance on all these checks.
