**Your next career opportunity**
As the Strategy & Planning Officer at Melbourne Law School, you'll have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence. You'll support the implementation of key projects, assist with business planning, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Your role will involve working closely with senior leadership, providing both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform critical decisions and shape the school's future.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- **Drive Strategic Alignment**: Coordinate and monitor progress against strategic initiatives, support annual business planning, and assist with performance reviews.
- **Enhance Operational Efficiency**: Assist in operational planning, maintain risk registers, and drive process improvements across the faculty.
- **Provide Data-Driven Insights**: Analyse data, conduct research, and offer recommendations to support evidence-based decision-making.
- **Manage Key Projects**: Develop project plans, ensure timely delivery of milestones, and continuously evaluate project performance.

**You may also**:
- Possess a relevant degree with subsequent work experience or equivalent combination.
- Demonstrate high-level quantitative and qualitative data literacy skills.
- Have experience in project coordination and stakeholder management.
- Excel in producing well-written reports, briefing notes, and presentations.
- Thrive in building positive working relationships across diverse teams.
- Adapt quickly to new systems and drive process improvements.
