Responsible for the development and delivery of site-wide training and competency assessment process. The Training Lead is responsible for coordinating the programs that drive training and development of all employees at the Hastings plant.

**About the role**
- Development of training material and profficiency’s
- Complete a training gap analysis on at least an annual basis and create monthly training plans
- Build and maintain training packs per role across the site
- Develop or update task specific work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to be in line with current practices - including safe operation
- Advance and maintain training records, training matrix, Success Factors and skills matrix
- Assist managers in the creation of development plans
- Provide regular and up-to-date reports to site leadership teams

**About you**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with a positive, diplomatic approach
- Capacity to manage workflow priorities
- Confident self-starter who enjoys problem-solving
- Excellent working knowledge and experience of the full MS Office suite
- Can exercise judgement and discretion at all times
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
