Joining a well-established research organization to assist Accounts Payable during a system implementation.

The Company

Our client is a well-established organization, who are looking for an immediately available Accounts Payable Officer, to assist them for 8 weeks during a system implementation. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days from home and 2 days in office.

The Role

**Responsibilities**:

- Full function Accounts Payable
- Process invoices and accounts reconciliations.
- Resolve queries with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ensuring creditor invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner and are paid according to payment terms
- Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate accounts payable records
- Support with the month-end reporting and process improvements
- Ad hoc duties

**Your Profile**
- Proven experience with full function Accounts payable
- Professional services industry would be a plus
- MYOB experience would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- A motivated and personable individual, who can hit the ground running, and manage multiple deadlines.
