An exciting opportunity for an experienced AP to join a construction company in Silverwater.

**Your new company**

As the Accounts Payable Officer you will be part of the finance team supporting the project teams across the wider business. In this role you will have an opportunity to cross train in the accounts receivable team.

What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years' experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience with preparation of weekly pay runs including staff expenses & credit card reconciliations
- Month end reporting
- Experience with the creation & maintaining of client setups, retention, processing claims & receipts
- Experience maintaining accurate ledgers & registers
- Must have an eye for detail with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- High volume, eye for detail and happy to interact with internal stakeholders - lots of follow up
