**Adelaide **team and help drive the delivery of our services to our South Australia clients.

**Is consulting for you?**
You don’t need previous consulting experience (though it always helps) but if you have experience in business analysis, project management or change activities, we’d love to hear from you. Your background may be something else entirely, but if you enjoy solving problems, helping people and working in an amazing team - we want to hear from you.

In consulting there is no shortage of variety and challenge. You will have a brilliant and collaborative team on your side as you work with our clients to:

- identify business and organisational gaps
- develop objectives, strategies and plans to achieve customer satisfaction and the efficient use of an organisation’s resources
- consider and evaluate current systems and structures, and report findings to staff at all levels of organisation
- develop, plan, and implement efficient organisational solutions
- engage with clients and their employees regarding changes, including facilitating workshops and providing training on new systems and processes
- evaluate the change process and keep clients apprised of progress toward project goals
- build and maintain meaningful and lasting relationships with all stakeholders, ensure satisfaction with services provided, and identify opportunities for further consulting work
- build and develop your network through interactions with industry professionals

**About you**
You’re a natural communicator. You’re warm, genuine and able to build trust with stakeholders at all levels. You’re engaging, enthusiastic, passionate with structured approaches and creative solutions. Most of all, you love working with people and solving problems.
