**About this role**
Are you an emerging Operations Consultant? Or, do you have a background in project management, operations or organizational psychology and are looking for something new? As Operations Consultant you will work to deliver innovative consultancy advice across multiple sectors and high-profile clients in both South Australia and the broader Australasia Region. With access to a global community of consulting specialists, you will collaborate with and learn from other exceptional minds.

**What will I do?**
- Contribute to the success of projects by demonstrating operations consulting skills as well as leading and delivering high quality work.
- Liaise closely with senior consultants to facilitate the delivery of project outcomes.
- Plan and scope projects to ensure timely delivery of outputs, considering the work of other colleagues and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of methodologies, tools, service offerings.

**What will I bring?**
- 3-5 years’ consulting experience with operations or management consulting firm or have been working in a business improvement role.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, business etc
- Excellent reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills
- The aptitude to work on your own initiative and be proactive
- The ability to work on multiple engagements concurrently and support senior consultants in project delivery
