**Job Description**:
As the Employee Experience Lead, you will work within our People and Culture team reporting into the Culture & Experience Manager. You’ll play a key role in activating our people experience for Nine Entertainment Co across the employee lifecycle, to help drive the engagement and retention of our people.

You’ll be responsible for activating the people experience & communications plan to help bring our culture and employee value proposition to life internally whilst contributing to process improvement. You’ll also deploy or support various organisation-wide initiatives and events related to employee experience.

You’ll build strong relationships with internal communications and other key stakeholders including our Employer Brand Lead and Diversity & Inclusion Lead as well as manage some external suppliers.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

- Ability to analyse and interpret data sets relevant to the employee lifecycle
- Strong planning and organising skills, with keen attention to detail
- Self-organised and structured in ways of working
- Influencing and stakeholder management
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-driven
- Experience & knowledge of HR processes and systems across the employee lifecycle
- Experience in a HR generalist capacity would be greatly beneficial
