**Overview**

This global financial services organisation are well known for having a diverse client base and unique product offering. This executive role will be tasked with challenging and reinventing the management of risk, compliance and legal within the business.

You will have a team of 19 SME's to grow and contribute to overall business success within a company who are completely committed to the principles of risk and compliance. As a member of the executive committee, this is a genuine leadership opportunity managing operational & credit risk, as well as compliance and regulatory matters. The role will report directly to the CEO.

**Desired Experience**
- Sound experience leading Risk, Compliance & Legal functions within financial services
- Experience creating and maintaining a high performing but commercial compliance culture
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop forward thinking 3-5 year risk & compliance strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and engage with the Exec Team, regulators, and external providers
- Must have an outstanding moral compass and truly be able to consider the customer outcomes
- Ability to juggle multiple conflicting priorities across BAU outcomes and large projects and initiatives
