Anwest Construction is currently seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude and an ability to work well within a team at our office in Bayswater.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- General office assistance and support to other team members internally and externally
- Adhoc Duties
- Filing as needed
- Entering timesheets into database
- Prepare post and collect mail as required
- Co-ordination of Construction site and Workshop PPE clothing and keeping register up to date
- Vast amount of data entry
- Booking flights and accommodations for interstate travel
A team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and high attention to detail are essential. To be considered for this role you will have:
- Proficiency in using MS windows and MS office products (specifically Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Current drivers licence
- Good written, verbal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and be able to work unsupervised
- Willingness to learn new systems and software
- Understanding of file sharing software such as OneDrive and Dropbox an advantage
Flexible hours available for those who have school and family commitments.
**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
