Your Brand Unleashed is expanding, and looking for an administration assistant/receptionist to join our growing team.
We are a small team, based in Bayswater with the role an in person at office role. (sadly this isn't a role you can work from home for).
Your Brand Unleashed is looking for a passionate, committed and a team player.
Someone who can work independently, and also as a team.
Someone who is project orientated, deadline driven, and loves to bring their attention to detail and perfection to our role.
The role will vary on a daily basis, from chasing accounts, to assisting in packing boxes, answering phones, to entering invoices, and will also include project/job management including chasing couriers, entering new orders, and following up on artwork approvals for our clients.
No day will be the same, and you will gain skills of all aspects, whilst learning how a small business operates on a daily basis.
It's a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a day that changes as new tasks come in, and not a boring daily role
We are looking for someone with some prior reception experience, or working in a team or working with systems/processes, with an eye for detail, and someone who can work under pressure of a deadline.
We will provide all the on the job training here, including training in MYOB (if you do have MYOB experience this will be a benefit to, but not essential).
The role will be 9am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
Pay: $42,760.00 - $60,000.00 per year
