**Your new role awaits**:
Based at **Mulgrave**, the position of Administration Assistant supports our dedicated Grounds and Traffic team and is a critical part of our customer experience.

Assisting the Grounds and Traffic team with all administrative tasks to ensure KPI’s are completed on time is likely to include tasks such as:

- Working with data to compile key customer reporting
- Processing hire schedules in the Baseplan system
- Delivery and return updates in the Baseplan system
- Reconcile supplier invoices to customer invoices
- Assist with customer/supplier invoice disputes where applicable
- Assist with quoting
- Liaising with our Sales Team and Customers on a daily basis
- Assistance with end of month invoicing
- Ad-hoc duties as required

**About you**:

- To be successful in this role we anticipate you will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and have the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Intermediate skills in Excel and excellent attention to detail are a must.
