We are seeking a Digital Designer to help with the design and delivery of a number of new features across some company websites. An all-round digital product designer with strong UX and UI skills is highly desirable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing high standard digital designs adhering to best practice usability guidelines.
- Ensuring designs are accessible and WCAG 2.1 AA compliant.
- Demonstrate a rich knowledge of Figma and other relevant interaction design tool.
- Designing for all devices with a focus on the mobile experience.
- Integrating interaction and animation into the experience to create an engaging, easy to follow experience.
- Collaborating with content and development teams to ensure design concepts are feasible and viable for the business.
- Experience in utilizing data to help inform design decisions.
- UX experience desirable.

**Key Requirement**:

- Demonstration of relevant experience in managing products of a similar nature/scale.
