As a Product Designer at Service NSW Digital, you will be the voice of the customer and ultimately define what success looks like. You will be balancing many different inputs and constantly making trade-offs. You will think big and work small. You will work in a balanced team with Engineers, Designers and Product Managers. You will build data-driven and hypothesis-led customer experiences, which deliver against our business goals.

**Your day-to-day**

As a Product Designer at Service NSW, you’ll:

- follow a customer-centric approach by supporting end-to-end product design through discovery, framing, iterative development and delivery
- understand business requirements and assist in creating solutions that align customer expectations with product capability
- be aware of relevant industry trends and challenges, to identify and deliver innovative solutions that optimise customer outcomes
- ensure design is consistent by contributing and adhering to, the Service NSW Global Experience Language (GEL) design components and patterns
- actively seek learning, mentorship and guidance from senior designers to reach development goals
- understand product timelines and deliverables to support design delivery.

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at 92,788 base plus superannuation
