**About The Business**

Concrete Taxi has Australia’s largest fleet of volumetric concrete trucks. We are a privately owned small company, supplying concrete to thousands of commercial and domestic clients.

**About The Role**

We are seeking a **call centre operator/accounts clerk** to join our small team in a relaxed and friendly office environment. This position is currently 5 days per week. We operate out of a modern office in Banyo with plenty of parking.

Call Centre Operations:
The call centre is open from 6am to 6pm Monday - Friday and 7am to 2 pm on Saturdays.

Accounts Clerk:
The Accounts Clerk is responsible for efficiently managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. They process invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system. Additionally, they perform bank reconciliations and maintain precise financial records. Collaboration with team members is essential to resolve financial discrepancies and address any issues promptly. Moreover, they are expected to communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Outstanding phone manner.
- Provide outstanding levels of customer service.
- Attention to detail, punctuality, and thoroughness.
- Ability to manage conflict and resolve problems.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulation
