We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Call Centre Agents to join our team located in Banyo, QLD. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and flexible work environment where you can make a real difference. The role is a mix of inbound and outbound calls across a whole array of different clients like national book stores, car dealerships, electricity providers.

ROLE:

As a Call Centre Agent you will be responsible for handling inbound customer service calls, outbound appointment setting and telesurvey calls for many of our high end clients. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting business objectives.

  • Manage inbound customer service calls and resolve inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Conduct outbound calls for appointment setting and telesurveys.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • Handle customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with each call.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines while also using your initiative to enhance the customer experience.

IDEAL TEAM MEMBER:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, who can relax on a call and bring warmth to a conversation quickly.
  • Positive and professional phone manner but also the ability to not be rigid and speak easily.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a call centre environment is a plus, but not required.

SHIFTS:

We have a range of full time, part time of casual (min 3 days per week) flexible shifts to suit you, from Monday to Friday 08:00 till 17:00 and the occasional saturday.

LOCATION:

We are based in Banyo, QLD, with easy access to free car parking, bus stop, train station and many amenities.
