Call Centre Staff

Imperatif are seeking a call centre team member to join our team based in our small but busy, call centre in Banyo.
The role will involve undertaking inbound and outbound TeleSurvey and TeleMarketing calls with existing customers who have recently visited and purchased one of our clients products.
The purpose of the call is to ensure all details are accurate, record the customers satisfaction levels and identify any areas that we can cross sell our clients products.
The role is varied over different clients, alternating services and unique campaigns so you will never be bored. Some of our existing clients include three major European luxury vehicle manufacturers, recognised sports brand, successful automotive manufacturers and so much more.
We partner with many global and instantly recognisable brands and as such are looking for a new call centre staff member to come into the team and assist with delivering world class service.
You will need:
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to identify sales leads opportunities
- A professional and confident attitude
- A world class phone manner
- The ability to build rapport quickly over the phone

**Salary**: $21.35 - $36.28 per hour
