Product Analytics Coe Lead

As the **Product Analytics CoE Lead** you’ll be responsible for developing, socialising and implementing an end-to-end process for our analytics framework and practices here at ING Australia. You’ll be heavily involved in the strategic development of the E2E framework and work with stakeholders across the business such as; head office, executive, management, and process leads/experts.

You’ll work across the agile model and across multiple Chapters to work on continuous improvement and constantly look to develop the analytics portfolio. Sitting within the Product's division you’ll manage the “Our Way” productivity measurement tools and help to build out a reporting automation framework.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and develop a high performance team/culture through delivery of data and research insights.
- Manage day to day functions in the delivery of insights.
- Implement a comprehensive suite of analytical dashboards to cover all facets of Product Strategy.
- Continue to improve the analytics suite with a higher standard of reporting with high quality visualisations and more clearer and concise view of metrics and KPIs.
- Create self-serve capability for every data, insights and reporting needs of the stakeholders.
- Provide regular training to all stakeholders to use self-serve resources to be able to service their own needs
- You will enable the team members to develop the appropriate skills and competencies by providing an environment to continuously improve and learn.
- You plan, coach, assess and develop the team members.
- You will proactively search and find sources of data to enable the organisation to get more data driven.
- Drive strategic direction of Analytics for Product Tribes with thought leadership in insight.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Advanced SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI or similar query language.
- A sound understanding of statistical and mathematical Methods.
- Minimum 8 years of business, database systems and data analysis/statistical analysis experience.
- Team management and mentoring experience.
- GCP and Microsoft Azure experience is highly desirable.
- Strong business acumen and have experience converting data insights into a compelling user story using visual dashboards.
- Experience with data mining, clustering & segmentation modelling techniques.
- Advanced visualisation & data presentation skills
