**Are you passionate about social media marketing, creative copywriting and beauty?**

We’re seeking a Social Media and Communications Executive to join the growing team working across both MCoBeauty and ModelCo brands.

We’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of all social media platforms, a flair for copywriting and a passion for all things beauty. You’ll ideally have 2+ years social media marketing experience either agency side or in-house, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Community management of all social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Sharing main channel content across secondary platforms (Youtube, Pinterest etc.)
- Uploading and creating/briefing social content
- Management of updating MCoBeauty blog content
- Management of customer service enquiries over social
- Copywriting for social and digital channels (social captions, banners, EDM)
- Assisting with social and influencer send outs when required
- Assisting with social content shoots when required
- Assisting with UGC and influencer content management
- Weekly and monthly reporting to analyse campaign and BAU activity results
- Updating social content calendar to reflect digital marketing updates
- Contributing ideas in team brainstorms
- Supporting the broader marketing team when required
- Some out of hours community management may be required

**Experience and skills Required**:

- Experience in managing social media accounts including copywriting and scheduling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Social media community management experience
- Strong knowledge of the social media landscape
- Excellent creative copywriting skills
- The ability to work autonomously but also collaborate with the wider team

This is a full time role, with head office being based in Rosebery, Sydney NSW.
