**Payroll Systems Lead**

- This role is responsible for the planning, management, and implementation of all Payroll related systems and system improvements. This includes but not limited to SAP, Roster On and other business systems used to support the payroll department. This role is responsible for leading and developing the Payroll Systems Team, in conjunction with the Payroll Systems Manager, to support customers and deliver services at a level of excellence of all stakeholders.**Your New Role**:

- Reporting to, and working in conjunction with Leadership and Management
- Lead a team of payroll systems specialists alongside the Payroll Systems Manager, providing guidance and support as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of payroll systems and provide customer service excellence
- Provide input into scoping the introduction of new products in relation to enhancement and improvement of systems

**About You**:

- Demonstrated knowledge of a broad range of payroll functions, procedures, and processes
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant industrial awards, Acts, Regulations, and enterprise bargain agreements
- High level of personal work output, accuracy, and attention to detail
