**About the role**:
Each day will bring something different but the key responsibilities of this role will be:

- Developing marketing strategic plans to meet business objectives
- Managing the media and content strategy to ensure alignment with marketing strategy in order to maximise positive customer engagement and sales growth.
- Managing the digital marketing strategy to ensure business objectives are achieved
- Manage partnerships and community programmes which drive key marketing objectives
- Monitor and manage all media, sponsorships and campaign budgets
- Manage a successful team which consistently delivers on KPIs

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will be a results driven and outcome focused individual, who will also bring:

- Demonstrated experience in Marketing roles
- Previous experience managing a team
- Experience in the management of media across all channels
- Digital marketing experience with the ability to manage multiple media agencies
- Previous experience in sponsorship and/or events management
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning
- Ability to analyse media results against business objectives and provide reporting
- Experience in managing and activating partnerships such as large-scale sponsorships
- Degree in Marketing and/or Communications
