**What you’ll be doing**:

- Support in delivering the **category strategy** across product lifecycle - from range planning and pricing to promotional activity and space allocation.
- Partner with Marketing and eCommerce to** drive multi-channel performance** of key seasonal and branded lines.
- ** Collaborate** with Merchandise Planners and Trade Partners to optimise product flow, availability and profitability.
- Ensure product** compliance and sustainability** standards are met - from packaging to sourcing.
- Support range **reviews, deliver sales analysis and performance insights** to inform decision-making.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience in merchandising, buying or planning within a **retail sector** - apparel or footwear experience is a bonus
- Strong **analytical and commercial acumen** - you're confident with numbers and data-driven decisions
- A **team player** who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong **stakeholder management and communication skills**- you know how to engage, influence and collaborate across teams
- Exposure to international or domestic sourcing (e.g. China manufacturing) is a plus
