**In this role, you’ll**:
- ** Support proactive sourcing** by connecting with passive talent through social media, networks, and outreach.
- ** Coordinate recruitment activities** including screening, right-to-work checks, background checks, and interview scheduling.
- ** Track recruitment metrics** and help us deliver on SLAs and diversity goals.
- ** Contribute to process improvements** and exciting talent projects.
