**About the role**

As a Gaming Operations Supervisor you will need to be dynamic and proactive to meet the requirements of this multifaceted role, which will see you effectively managing daily operations on the Gaming Floor to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Being part of the Gaming Leadership team, you will be responsible for the engagement and development of over 500 team members from Table Games, VIP and Electronic Gaming, who will look to you for coaching and mentorship. Additionally, you will work closely with Gaming Area Managers and Gaming Operation Managers to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Gaming Department to achieve business plan outcomes.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Driving and embedding our Star Qualities and Values
- Providing leadership and coordination of service delivery to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensuring operations across the Gaming floors in accordance with all rules and regulations as approved by OLGR

**About you**
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to inspire, influence and motivate team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment to process improvement and the ability to manage and drive change
- Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop team members with varying skill levels, as well experience managing unsatisfactory performance
- Demonstrated technical skill and knowledge of casino rules and regulations
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Exceptional performance record and desire to exceed role expectations
- Possess the ability to identify and understand complex issues and use judgment for sound decisions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and ideas to a variety of audiences
