The Role
We're on the lookout for Gaming Attendants who are enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to bring their A-game to our lively team.
If you're a people person who loves creating a positive atmosphere, this could be the perfect fit for you
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering friendly, prompt, and professional customer service
- Handling cash accurately and with confidence
- Operating and maintaining gaming machines and Keno
- Keeping our club clean, safe, and inviting
- Making sure RSA and RSG requirements are followed
- Preparing drinks and simple food for our guests
What We're Looking For
- Availability to work across weekdays, weekends, and late nights (sometimes until 2am–4am) - Night availability is essential.
- A fun, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Cash handling know-how (Keno experience a bonus, but not essential)
- Sharp attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Current RSA and RSG certificates
