**About the Role**

Reporting to the Strategy Lead within the Strategy and Projects team, The Strategy Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of company-shaping strategic programs and initiatives across the ANZ region. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to seek out quality information at the right time, this role will work with stakeholders to transform data into key insights & recommendations that facilitate informed decision-making and support the business in achieving its long-term goals.
We are based in Mount Waverley.

**Responsibilities**

Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analysis to understand project needs and expectations.
Collaborate with business owners to define and document clear and measurable initiative objectives aligned with business goals.
Develop detailed initiative requirements and ensure they are well communicated to all stakeholders.
Support initiative approval and funding through coordination of required inputs and feedback.
Create data-driven analytical models to predict initiative outcomes and support decision-making.
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

**What You Bring**

Expertise in eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements
Ability to document and prioritise business requirements for strategic and business improvement projects
Ensure alignment between requirements and project goals, and technical feasibility
Ability to develop and manage complex relationships with stakeholders; understanding their needs, and ensuring their requirements are met
High proficiency in both written and verbal communication to convey ideas clearly and collaborate with stakeholders
