As part of our Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team, you’ll work with businesses that are the backbone of Australia’s economy. With over 70 centres nationwide, we’re committed to supporting regional prosperity and putting customers at the heart of everything we do.

**What You’ll Do**

- Drive Growth: Proactively identify opportunities within a diverse portfolio of agribusiness clients (turnover $3M-$50M) and deliver tailored financial solutions.
- Tap Into Your Network: Leverage your existing relationships and build new connections across accountants, brokers, family offices, and Agri investors to originate new business and expand the portfolio.
- Build Partnerships: Develop deep, trusted relationships and collaborate with internal specialists to provide holistic solutions that align with client goals.
- Lead Strategy: Plan and prioritise client engagement programs, negotiate commercial terms, and oversee deal execution from start to finish.
- Stay Ahead: Understand the local business environment, identify opportunities, and execute marketing and risk strategies that make a real impact.
- Manage Risk: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain robust risk controls across your portfolio.

**What We’re Looking For**

- A passion for relationship management and strong commercial acumen.
- Experience building successful customer portfolios and originating new business in agribusiness and/or commercial sectors.
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
